Dynamic Centrifugal Exhaust Air Purification.

A breakthrough that abandons "capture and treat later" in favour of source-blocking and front-end elimination — keeping ducts clean, energy bills low, and air genuinely pure.

⚪

Centrifugal capture

3,000 RPM fan removes ~99% of oil particles right at the source.

⚙

Ozone-free decomposition

15,000 kV chamber decomposes 98.5% of VOCs and odors — no secondary pollution.

☐

No consumables

Filter-free design with zero ongoing costs.

△

Fire-safe

Prevents grease build-up in ducts — a leading cause of kitchen fires.

Centrifugal capture

A high-speed intake fan spinning at 3,000 RPM uses centrifugal force and physical interception to remove ~99% of oil particles right at the source — before they ever reach your ducts.

Ozone-free decomposition

Remaining gases pass through a 15,000 kV ozone-free chamber that decomposes over 98.5% of harmful VOCs and odors — without producing secondary pollution.

Inside the circuit

Every Can Aire purifier runs on a 220V AC mains supply, distributed through dedicated control boxes that isolate the centrifugal drive from the electrostatic field.

Dual control architecture

Two independent control boxes — one for the dynamic centrifugal purifier, one for the electrostatic purifier — keep high-voltage and motor circuits cleanly separated.

Pre-Mounted Equipment

Push-button simplicity

Pre-mounted units use two 12A metal push-button switches for one-touch operation — one drives the purifier and integrated LED lighting, the other triggers spray-cleaning.

Centralized control. Zone-by-zone visibility.

For large-scale clean rooms and commercial deployments, our Fan Unit Central Control System combines multiple FFU controllers and bus units — supporting both decentralized on-site control and unified centralized management.

Real-time monitoring

Track speed, status and faults of any individual fan or any zone group.

Environmental thresholds

Configure temperature, gas, PM2.5, valve angle and cleaning intervals from a single panel.

Fault alerts & buzzer

Blinking on-screen icon and audible alarm flag any abnormal fan or probe instantly.

Back-end power telemetry

Total power, energy use, voltage, current and per-group consumption — all logged and visible.
